Kept

The habits you keep, the people you reach, the places you go — and proof of which ones are working.

Most trackers ask you to believe streaks matter. Kept shows you. It quietly compares the days you kept a commitment against the days you missed it — against your real sleep, weight, and mood — and tells you, in plain numbers, what each one actually changes. Walks, workouts, and early nights check themselves off through Apple Health. Arriving at the gym or the trailhead counts through places you choose. A real call to someone you promised to stay close to counts the moment you hang up.

Three pillars

To do

Habits

The things you do daily that change you — walks, lifting, reading, sleep. Many check themselves off from Apple Health.

To reach

People

Keep your people, not just your habits. Commit to call someone monthly; a real, connected call counts — a text does not.

To go

Places

The gym, the top of a hike, her house. Arriving is the keeping — the app notices, the map never leaves your phone.

Does it work?

“On the mornings after you keep an early night, you sleep 41 minutes longer.”

Kept's evidence engine reads your own history and reports the effect of each commitment on your sleep, weight, and a daily one-tap mood — kept-vs-missed medians, labelled by how strong the signal is. It's the question a habit tracker should answer and almost none do: not “did you keep your streak,” but “is this actually making your life better?” Every number is computed on your iPhone, from your data, and shown back to you — never sent anywhere.

Private by design

Nothing leaves your phone.
